The NIHR ARC NWC MIDAS Information Science sub-group is pleased to invite you to a talk by
Cath Harris (University of Central Lancashire) on:
‘How to find the literature when you don’t have a library’
Research often starts with a search for existing literature on a topic. Or you may need to find some literature and references to support your work. People working for large organisations such as universities or NHS Trusts have access to library services and can access a wide range of subscription resources such as databases, journals and books. However, what do you do if you don’t have access to subscription resources? Join us for this talk where we will look at using free online resources to search for health research literature.
Thursday 24th April between 13:00-14:00
The event will be online
