With more than 25 years in the health and care sector (NHS/Public Health), Paula has detailed knowledge of local systems and evidence of interventions to population health. She was the first member of her family to attend university and recognizes the opportunities that access to education has afforded her. With qualifications in law and health and community research, she believes passionately in developing a role for applied research in supporting the mobilization of knowledge of approaches to implement health equity.

Paula is currently the EPHC Theme Manager.
