Hayley Lowther-Payne


Senior Research Assistant, IMPaCT

Hayley is a Senior Research Assistant for ARC NWC IMPaCT based at the University of Central Lancashire. She has a background of working in local authority settings supporting children and young people, along with research experience in both psychology and neuroscience. Hayley is involved in research on the implementation and evaluation of interventions and service changes which aim to address health inequalities in the North West Coast. She is also undertaking a PhD to explore inequalities in access to mental health services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
