Dr Emma Halliday is a Senior Research Fellow (Lancaster University), supporting the evaluation of the Equitable Place-Based Health and Care theme. She works for ARC one day per week. Her research interests largely focus on understanding the health and social impacts of area-based initiatives (e.g. urban regeneration) and community empowerment programmes.
