Colette has been involved with the development and delivery of Clinical Academic Research Internship programmes for several years. She has a background of supporting healthcare staff to take their first steps on the research career pathway, and has undertaken evaluations to guide the implementation of future programmes. Together with her counterpart George Georgiou, she leads the recruitment, and support, of research interns and students with an interest in undertaking co-produced research to reduce health inequalities in the North West Coast.
