The NIHR have recently launched the INSIGHT: Inspiring Students into Research Scheme – which seeks to attract registered healthcare, social work, and public health professionals into research careers.
We are pleased to announce information drop in sessions of the INSIGHT “Inspiring Students into Research” Northwest Regional Programme, led by the University of Central Lancashire, in collaboration with the region’s research-intensive universities of Manchester, Liverpool and Lancaster, along with more than 30 partner organisations representing the region’s health and social care providers.

Over the next three years, the INSIGHT scheme will support early career professionals in the development of careers in research through:
• Funding of up to 30 funded Masters Studentships per year
• A programme of regional research engagement activities
