Research can make a real difference to the lives of local communities- but where do you even start with getting involved?
Being involved in research brings many benefits to voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations and the communities with which they work. From providing evidence to funders of the success of their work, to helping plan future projects, being involved in research can make a real difference. With the new Integrated Care Systems (ICS) now in place, it is even more vital that the VCFSE sector is at the heart of health and social care research. Come along to this session delivered by the CoREN (Community Research and Engagement Network) to find out more about the what, the why and the how of applied health research.
