Lucy Kaluvu


EPHC – PHD Student

Lucy is a PhD student based at Edge Hill University. Lucy is deeply passionate about health inequalities and social determinants of health and enjoys working closely with patients and communities. She enjoys being part of the ARC as it is committed to collaborating with patients and members of the public to find solutions to local health and social care needs. Following her background in Public Health, she is motivated to find solutions to improve care for individuals living with multiple chronic conditions, especially those from socioeconomically disadvantaged areas. Her current PhD project titled “Multimorbidity and socioeconomic status: Effects on health service utilization and patient experiences” can be found here.
