Hilary is EPHC Public Advisor Co-Lead. She has lived in Burnley in East Lancashire since 1984 and is a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Over the years Hilary has had numerous caring and advocacy roles for family members and friends. She is retired from paid employment but has worked in health care, education and early years. She has been a public advisor since 2016.
