This Public Advisers Forum will take the form of a training workshop with a Focus On Research and Equity dedicated to Public Advisers. The training has been devised with the input of the Public Adviser HEMS sub-group and will be delivered by Katerina Panagaki. The purpose of the first part of the workshop will be to review and expand PAs current understanding on health equity terms and theories, while for the second part we will look at the updated HIAT, practice with some examples, and explore your role as Public Advisers when it comes to the HIAT.
Don’t worry if you can’t make the face-to-face meeting. There will be other opportunities to join a workshop online, although they might be with a mixed group rather than a Public Advisers’ dedicated session.
